Our room was double booked they allowed another quest to enter our room with our personal belongings inside, then we had to move. The ceilings have water stains, damage and cracks. Bathtub leaking water on floor. Floor has paint stains. Breakfast brought in via crockpot. For safety just do fruit and items we can open and heat."
